Supervising tenders

We have supervised tenders in a variety of sectors (real estate, fashion, construction, healthcare, food, technology, government, temporary employment, etc.) from start to finish, including auditing the current situation, producing a report with recommendations, drawing up specifications, organising meetings and best and final offer requests, and checking the service level agreement and policies.

Business continuity plan

We worked for a multinational on setting up a business continuity plan for its Belgian activities.

Insurance procurement

We provided guidance on the procurement of insurance for several cities and municipalities, large hospitals and public sector enterprises (including in the energy sector).

Liability claim

We provided support with a complex liability claim following construction work at a port terminal with various stakeholders in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Liability clauses

We reviewed and advised on liability and insurance clauses in the sales conditions of a mattress manufacturer.

Feasibility study

We provided support for a feasibility study on setting up a captive for a construction company (working with a captive manager from Luxembourg).

Interim management

We temporarily took over management of insurance for a company in the rail, banking and telecom sectors, an international construction company and an international company in the health sector.

Insurance sounding board

We analysed the insurance premiums for managers and insurance personnel, followed up on the payment of the profit share, attended meetings with the insurance broker and made sure that the agreements were complied with.
